You will receive a two-hour consultation and screening to determine the health levels of your mind, body and spirit. We will discuss your current and past health ailments along with future health goals. Illnesses and ailments are symptoms of a health issue on the molecular level. All health ailments begin as a mineral deficiency. With the correct herbs and plant-based meals, these deficiencies can be remedied if used for 60-90 days. While your meal plan and remedies are being researched and curated, you will be guided and coached on lifestyle changes that need to be made to optimize your ability to achieve wellness. You will be given a personalized health matrix, 90-day meal plan, and herbal remedy recipes to guide you on your journey to wellness. You will also receive weekly accountability sessions during your 90 days to help keep you on track.
